Stainless steel mesh and filter elements for micro sieving
Stainless steel meshes from GKD are used on a large scale for the fine filtration of waste water.
Thanks to their precisely defined pore geometry, the optimized dutch weaves (ODW) used guarantee an exact filtration rate. At the same time, these meshes achieve high flow rates. The high mechanical strength of the stainless steel mesh allows long-term use in typical target systems, such as disc or drum filters. Existing production technologies form the basis of the precisely matched screening processes for the respective stainless steel meshes and the individual segments of the filter units.
For micro sieving in waste water, we produce optimized dutch weaves (ODW) from stainless steel, as well as complete screening and filter segments for the respective system types.
